LeadHelix complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as other applicable laws. We are not legally required to appoint a Data Protection Officer, but you may contact us at any time with questions.

2. Categories of Data Processed

  • Basic data: first name, last name

  • Contact details: e-mail address, phone number

  • Business details: company name, position, project details

  • Usage data: visited pages, IP address, browser type, referrer URL, access times

  • Technical data: device information, cookies, pixel data

We do not process special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Handling inquiries and lead requests

  • Matching inquiries with suitable service providers and partners

  • Providing and improving our website and services

  • Marketing communication (only with explicit consent)

  • Compliance with legal obligations

4. Specific Processing Activities

a) Server logs
When you visit our site, server logs are automatically collected (anonymised IP, browser, time, referrer).

b) Contact forms

c) Transfer to partners

d) Call qualification
We may use internal staff or external call centers (processors under Art. 28 GDPR) to qualify and verify inquiries. Contracts are in place to ensure compliance.

Opt-out:

6. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Framer B.V., Amsterdam, NL. Technical data may be transferred to third countries. A Data Processing Agreement is in place.

7. Storage Period

We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. Inquiry data is usually deleted after 6 months if no contractual relationship arises.

Since our company is established in Singapore, you may lodge complaints with any European supervisory authority. The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (NL) is primarily competent as our hosting provider is located in the Netherlands.

We apply technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption, access controls, processor contracts) to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
